So the surgery will be tomorrow. For those of you who don't know it is for a Chiari Malformation. Check out this site for more info... www.conquerchiari.org/index.htm
We will be at Balboa (Naval Medical Center San Diego) starting at 9am tomorrow and the surgery should start around 10. Mom will be there with me.
We expect James to be in the hospital for 5-7 days and if anyone wants to visit please just call or txt me and I'll let you know the room number and when he is awake.

Hi everyone,
James is out of surgery now, and has been moved to Intensive care. The surgery went well, and he is now on his way to recovery. The doctor said that they had to move some muscles at the back of his brain, and that will cause him a lot of discomfort for a few weeks, but other than that, everything went very well. We'll post more information as it becomes available.
